DAZZLE DRY IS A VERY UNIQUE AND PROPRIETARY SYSTEM There are three different categories of nail polishes/lacquers on the market today. They are traditional polish, gel polish, and hybrids. • DD is NOT a traditional nail polish. • DD is NOT a gel polish. • DD is NOT a hybrid nail polish. VEGAN • Dazzle Dry does not use animal testing or animal byproducts. Incidentally, that means no pigments from crushed beetles (also known as carmine) or fish scales (guanine) that are often found in cosmetics. • We only use FDA-approved pigments. • Mineral pigments are used to achieve shimmers, iridescence, and opalescence. • People who live a Vegan lifestyle care just as much about what they are putting on their body as what they put in it. HYPOALLERGENIC • Does not contain reactive ingredients known to cause allergic reactions. • It does not contain any of the plasticizers and ingredients found in traditional polishes, gel polishes, and hybrid polishes that can cause skin sensitizations or contact allergic dermatitis. • Many women have reported that they are allergic to all polishes but can wear DD successfully without reactions. • Is DD gluten-free? We are unsure of this. The wheat protein is in its non-gluten state, but we cannot say it is “gluten-free” because of the controversy surrounding this term. This is a common misconception because when this definition of organic is used, there is no such thing as organic nail polish. • We do not subscribe to these “XX-Free” claims as these are often falsified, fear based marketing claims that can be misleading to the consumer. Some companies list ingredients in their XX-Free claim that are not and never were used in nail polishes, just to have a higher number of the free-from claim. A part of our rigorous manufacturing process is to test raw materials before they are used in production to ensure that the chemicals we claim Dazzle Dry to be free of are not detectable when we analyze them using our state-of-the-art analytical equipment. NON-YELLOWING • The entire system – NAIL PREP, BASE COAT, TOP COAT, and LACQUER- is non yellowing due to the absence of nitrocellulose. • In the presence of moisture, nitrocellulose degrades, forming nitric acid, a strong oxidizer that reacts with the nails and turns them yellow. DAZZLE DRY AIR DRIES HARD IN 5 MINUTES • Smudge-proof in one minute after applying TOP COAT. • Completely dry in 5 minutes after applying TOP COAT. • No UV or LED curing. • DD is in the finest salons and spas across the country as it solves so many issues due to the quick dry time. HOW LONG WILL A DAZZLE DRY MANICURE LAST? • If proper instructions are followed, a DD manicure can last 7-14 days chip-free, a month or longer on toes. Each experience will vary depending on lifestyle and how you use your nails. • Dazzle Dry is known to last longer than 2 weeks, but we recommend that you remove it at 2 weeks for a fresh manicure and apply oil to your cuticles & nail plates such as DD MEND or MAINTAIN nail and cuticle oil for healthier nails. • It should last a month or longer on the toes. • Each individual experience will vary depending on lifestyle and how you use your nails. Proper preparation of the nail plate will ensure the longest wear. Avoid contact with alcohol, acetone, other solvents, or products containing a high concentration of these solvents such as mosquito repellant or hairspray to prevent dulling. • Dazzle Dry is a fantastic transitional lacquer for those who have removed artificial enhancements that are considered “post-enhancement.” It will help fortify their nails back to optimal health. • Keep in mind that although DD will aid in nursing nails back to health if they have been compromised, a DD manicure may not last as long until the nails are restored to their healthy condition. REMOVAL OF DAZZLE DRY • Dazzle Dry can safely and easily be removed with acetone or non-acetone polish remover. • No soaking, scraping, or filing needed.
